1. Put garlic powder, salt, pepper and squeeze half lemon on the fillets. Let it stand for 5 mins.
2. In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp brown sugar, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp water, 2tbsp olive oil
3. Put the salmon fillets in a ziplock and pour the mixture in. Keep in the fridge for 3hrs.
4. In a grilling pan, lay the salmon fillets flesh side down first. 6-8 mins per side.
