Tuscan Butter Salmon

Here’s one of our favorite home-cooked dish.

Grocery List:

Salmon Fillets
Basil
Parsley
Baby Spinach
Garlic
Cherry Tomatoes
Cooking cream
Butter
Salt and Pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Sear in the pan then set aside.

2. Put butter and garlic in the same pan.

3. Add cherry tomatoes. Then add basil and parsley.

4. Put cooking cream and simmer for 2 mins.

5. Add the baby spinach. Then the parmesan cheese.

6. Return the fillets in the pan and simmer for 3 mins.
